read data files with labview

I'm acquiring a lot of parameters with labview. Data are store in XLS files.Everydays file name changes. I'd like to read data from the files. For example how could I plot the data refering to a week of acquisition in the same graph using labview? How could I read data from a xls file using labview?
In the acquisition program, how could I put a header in each column?
