signal drift in DAQ

Using a microphone, I acquired the sound signal in DAQ(USB-6229, BNC type) in differential mode.

So far, there was no problem and I can find the correct signal.

After changing the battery of microphone, I found the drift of the sound signal.

Attachment shows the drift during the sound recording.

The drift and wrong offset voltage was not apeared in oscilloscope.

USB-6229/BNC type have a signal grounding switch, FS and GS.

But they don't affect the correction.

Would you please recommend me how to resolve my problem?
