simultaneous input and output with DAQ assist

I am trying to simultaneosly send an analog voltage output and measure the voltage response with a NI-USB 6251. I am able to do this, but the timing seems off. I have an unusual waveform that is a squarewave that changes offset after each cycle. I can't figure out how to make the the output and input function at the same time. I have looked at the synchronous input output help but have not been succesful in converting the DAQ assist to the proper code.

Thanks for the sample, but unfortunately, I cannot open this becuase I have labview 10, not 11. Can you convert it?
