Dear Madam/Sir,
I'm about to use SCXI-1160 terminal block as a digital output module with SCXI-1000 chassis. I'll use also PCI-6052E DAQ card. Is this all right? Can I do that?

You can definitely use your PCI-6052E to control your SCXI-1160. With regards to using the SCXI-1160 as a digital output module, you need to realize that it is a general-purpose relay switching module. Below is a link to the SCXI-1160 User Manual:
