test panel 6036E

Hi,

I have install a DAQcard-6036E I can see it in MAX (Devices and interfaces --> Traditional NI-DAQ Devices --> DAQCard-6036E (Device 1) )

but I do not have access to the test panel. Is it normal ? (I know that test panel does not work for every devices)

And I can't access any software NI (only MAX)

I've try to unistall/re-install but i do not work...

Based on what you said, I believe that happening because one driver is missing or needing update.
