trouble switching from daqcard-1200 to daqcard-6024e

I have used a Daqcard-1200 in my daq-application in Labview. Now I have switched to a newer card, namely the DaqCard-6024e and none of the software I wrote functions properly. The trouble is that the card cannot read as fast as the Daqcard-1200. Using multichannel the new card cannot keep up with a scanrate of 1000 Hz and a buffer of 1000. I suspect that there is a conflict with the new and the old card or is the new card so much slower? Any ideas?

The DaqCard 6024E can support scan rates up to 200 Khz, so you should not be reaching the speed limits of the board.

Are you getting a -10845 or -10846 error? You can view the differences with these errors and solutions to fix them by looking at the KB:
