i am having problems in using usb-6009 . i am not able to understand the exitation present on each of the line present.for some lines it is always high and for some lines it is always low

can u tell me which line i can use for the purpose of toggeling.

Haven't you read the manual? If you go to the product page for it, there are links on the resources tab. Each pin on the digital side of the screw terminals is explained. You have a test panel in MAX to control the direction of each line and to set the logic levels.
