usb 9233 does not show up in windows 7

Hi -

I cannot get my USB 9233 to show up in NI MAX. It shows up in the OS Device Manager, but never in NI MAX, and cannot get data acquisition going. I have Windows 7 installed, and tried installing under Vista Compatibility mode, no luck. This works in Vista however.

During installation I can see both 9162 and 9233 drivers installing ok.

I've also tried installing newer version of DAQdmx 9.1, but every time I download it, the unzip program has a fault with something corrupt. Current version is DAQdmx 8.6.

Hi Mark,

DAQmx 8.6 does not support Windows 7; however, does support Vista which explains why it was previously working.  DAQmx 9.0 was the first driver to add support for Windows 7.  Why types of issues are you experiencing while installing the program?  I am not aware of any common issues with the download.  Screenshots of your errors may also be helpful.

Thanks!! I'm trying to download 9.0 as we speak. I will post pics of the problems I was having (if I have them again).

Ok, see attached picture of unzipping problem. I get this every time. What am I doing wrong?
