using measurement computing 1408 to read encoder

Hi,

im trying to count revolutions and calculate speed using an encoder (3 digital channels output - A,B,Index) and an mcc 1408FS DAQ. 

does anyone has a VI for this application? 

im new to labview and tried to do this myself but no success so far

There are many community and shipping examples that will help you get started.  You will not likely find any single example that meets your specific project needs, but they are always a fantastic place to start.
