whether LabVIEW (DAQ Card) combined with Multisim can be used to replace the real circuit?

     I would like to know that whether an operational amplifier or a circuit can be replaced by a DAQ card and multisim and LabVIEW program?

what i want know is that whether a simple instrument can be replace by a program and a DAQ card (building a visual instrument).
