wls-9163 ad hoc connection

Hi everybody !
I am trying to connect a WLS-9215 in a “ad hoc” mode but I cann’t.
I used it with an access point : no problems.
Then I tried  to connect it directly to my notebook, following  exactly the instructions I found  at
http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/7828

Most of the time does it does not connect. Sometimes it does  for a short period an then it disconnects with no reason.

The distance between WLS and notebook is short (one meter).

I changed channel , removed wireless phones and mouse. To set up the wireless ad hoc network I used both the program that comes with my notebook and  Wireless Zero Configuration.

But I have not solved my problem.

Anybody can help me ?

Try this YouTube video; it was released by one of the NI engineers sometime back:

That's strange. At this stage, I would recommend that you try the basic troubleshooting steps like using another laptop or trying another wireless device, if you can get your hands on one.
