20-pad connector needs to be rotated 180 degrees

I have a board with a 20-pad connector that slides into another PCB. These 20 pins are connected in the wrong order (i.e. the top one needs to be the bottom one, the 2nd top needs to be the 2nd bottom, etc.). I know I can easily rotate the part, but that messes up the routing of everything else. Is there any easy way to do this or do I need to more or less start from scratch?
