AC Impedance Source Amalysis

Hi,

I am trying to recreate an equivalent circuit to perform AC and DC analysis.

For AC, I am having trouble inputing the proper source which should be:

"0 V dc bias and a sinusoidal signal amplitude of 1 mV "

According to the figure there is a piecewise linear current source (pdf attached Figure 5.5).

Any direction or help in this manner would be greatly appreciated.

Lastly I would like to know how to create a Nyquist plot from the bode plotter.

I do not have Multisim, so I cannot answer the questions related to its specific requirements.

It is not clear from the pdf that a piecewise linear source was used, although that is not an unreasonable deduction from the shape of the pulse shown on the current source icon.

The SPICE AC analysis can only be done in circuits with AC sources. The piecewise linear source is a form of DC source.

I am not sure how you expect to specify a voltage from a current source.  A voltage source might be something like: V1 0 8 DC 0 AC 1mV
