Health to everyone! Scrolling through the forum threads, I came across many questions on the topic of AC relays. I also had poor results in projects with this component. Bouncing is the main drawback compared to DC relays. Having plunged into the “guts” of the SPICE model, it was discovered that the power supply to the retractor coil is from a pulsating voltage passing through zero (lower screen). Having slightly modernized the model, we obtained pulsations that did not reach zero. That is, the model began to work more confidently.

This was all a long time ago. But my friends asked, or rather argued, that I could not create a model of a 3-phase solid-state relay with enormous sensitivity, which would be controlled by any signals of any shape. The model can always be adjusted to worse parameters, but to higher parameters it is very difficult. Operating with ultra-low values ​​of 5e-323, the program often “spitted”, especially when it was given complex signals, such as AM modulation, - it was necessary to reduce the sensitivity by several orders of magnitude. I post my results for general discussion. I would especially like to see criticism from NI specialists who do not indulge this forum too much with their attention...
