Actitivation doesn't match products

enter the correct computer id and activation code and get a message code doesn't match product ?

Make sure you install the correct version, if you purchased the Education or Student edition you need to install the NI Circuit Design Suite Education edition and if you purchased the Base, Full or Power Pro edition you need to install the NI Circuit Design Suite Professional edition.  If you are not sure which version you installed, startup the NI License Manager by selecting Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments, expand the Multisim tree.  If you installed the correct version, you should contact NI Support, we need information about you to troubleshoot the problem.
