Amplifier transistor circuit

I would like to ask you if a capacitor connected between the collector and  the Emitter of transistor can's work like positive feedback as shown on my attached circuit or that can’s decrease the output signal? if it doeshow it’s calculated?

In fact, I am trying to make some experiments maybe the range of frequency and the gain of the circuit will change from one to other therefore, may you can give me general function or rules using proposal values, let’s say the cutoff of the circuit is something high about 25Mhz
