Bug Report - 78xx voltage regulator family

I noticed a problem when trying to simulate a power supply using the 7812 voltage regulator.  The output voltage does not go to zero when power is removed from the input.  It stays at around 10.5 volts.  I created a Multisim simulation to illustrate the problem (attached), and noticed a mysterious voltage at the input when disconnected, which seems to be why the output never goes to zero.  Adding pull-down resistors to the inputs makes no difference.

The 7805 regulator is the only one in the 78xx family that works like a real circuit.  All other regulators exhibit the "ghost voltage" (sounds ominous, doesn't it? 😉 )

Wondering if NI can fix this issue.  This is probably confusing a lot of students.

В spice модели(из спайс нет листинга) есть источник, поэтому и выскакивают всякие напряжения.(скрин2)
А 7805 даже собственный cir-файл открыл с ошибкой. Модель сложнее, и источник на 1 вольт, поэтому и выскакивают микровольты(скрин3).
Вот моделирование вообще без источников.(скрин1)
А вопрос хороший! 
Ребята из NI навряд-ли будут чего исправлять. Правильное поведение компонента, в силу своей сложности, MS вообще не потянет...
