Building custom components for Ultiliboard, Infinion IPM components

I'm going to be adding some infinion parts to multisim.  I have options to download in the following four formats, Altium, Cadence, Eagle and Mentor

Can anyone advise me of the best one to start with.  If you know of a link to the right appnote covering this, I'd appreciate it.

Am I missing a database somewhere by manufacturer that might already have this?

What you have are the physical design of the components which you can import to Ultiboard. Below is the link:

Then you can create the component in Multisim following the information of this link:

If you want to make the component simulatable, you need to find the SPICE models for the components.
