Building logic in Multisim 8

Hello everyone, I have been trying to learn how to connect a digital CMOS Integrated Circuit in Multisim 8. By entering the component toolbar I have found the Hex inverter, but I cannot figure out how to access each of the four necessary pins to actually connect it corectly to the DC power supply on pins 7, 14; that function generater on input pin 1 and ground pin 7; and the oscilloscope   on output pin 2 and ground pin 7. The only view I see is the Inverter symbol

The two power pin are hidden pins. You do not have to connect them maunally to power. Just place either VCC or VDD and DGND (digital ground) somewhere on your schematic and the connection is made to the chip in the background without having to run wires. You can hook up your test instruments (the scope for instance) by running a ground to the ground input and then placing the other probe wherever you need to measure.

I hope this helps. Have A Nice Day.
