Using Multisim 14.2 to simulate a capacitor's charge cycle , I've noted that when the simulation starts for the first time, even if the SPST switch is OFF, the capacitor starts fully charged. Any idea?

Health! To get the most accurate and quick answer, the question should be formatted together with a program file in the 'ms' format. It contains ALL information about the settings and properties of the components. And under the picture all sorts of pitfalls can be hidden ...
The time for editing is up, I think you can guess which pictures the text refers to. Although it is not important here, all the information in the pictures is clear
It is through it that the charge goes after turning off
Let's increase the resistance of the off state and everything will settle down.

I advise you to use a browser that automatically translates texts from all languages of the world, and even captions on pictures. I have absolutely no language problems in the browser https://ya.ru/.
The interface is multilingual.
Better use this switch
-and for reliability, ground the engine using the second contact
But, according to this scheme, we short the power supply to ground, it is better to turn the switch
