how i can set the pulse angle?

The phase angle is set dynamically using a voltage applied to the alpha pin. 1V means 1degree. Notice that the example applies 30V to this pin, meaning a 30 degree angle.

you mean the pulse angle is the trigger angle of the Thyristor?

Uou use the alpha pin as an ideal control pin. If set to it a voltage of 0 Volts, the firing angle will be 0 degrees. If you set to it a voltage of 30 Volts, the firing angle will be 30degrees.
