All health and 'direct' models! Almost all transistor models in Multisim without breakdown voltages. This is easily fixed by adding a 'BV' breakdown voltage to the diode model primitive between collector and emitter, drain and source, if it is present in the transistor model, or by introducing a diode model with the corresponding I–V characteristic into the transistor model
On the screen, a diode model with a breakdown voltage of 400 volts is introduced into model 4177. Without it, the transistor can withstand voltages indefinitely .
