I see what you mean now about this relay. The ones in the database are basically the same when it comes to simulation, but unfortunately I have had no success in trying to add a footprint to these. The footprint you need for exprt to PCB is in the Multisim Database. What you could posssibly do is 2 things.
1. Create a Layout Only component with no model. Do your simulations with the ones in the database and then after that replace the ones used for simulation with the Layout component before exporting to UB or another layout package. This is what I have succesfully done in the past. It is a pain to do it this way, but sometimes there is no other choice.
2. Attempt to import your component from the other software you said you were using. I think you said it was Orcad if I am not mistaking. To do this I would try to put it in a schematic, save that schematic and attempt to import that into Multisim. At that point you can try to save your component to the user database. All this is theory on my part as I do not have ORCAD and have no way of testing this to see if would actually work. Give it a shot and see what happens.
Hope this helps

UB#4. How can I move multiple parts including treaces, or grouped parts, around on the PCB without dislodging them from the grid? (currently, it looks like it generates a new 'center' and uses that as reference point to align with the grid)
hgregg's answer:
I'd like to know the answer to this too!
I've found the answer1!!
After grouping, right-click and click In-Place Part Edit. Then go to menu Design/Set Reference Point. Click somewhere on the part and exit edit mode.
So to dulpicate/move whole (parts of) designs, group them, do this trick, move and ungroup.
* Only, now is the question, when I group a complex part, with top/bottom copper, board outline and two solder masks, then why are all of the custom texts on the solder masks deleted except one text that is moved randomly?
