Create a ground plane

Dear all,

I am an absolute newbee  of ultiboard and PCB design. I have an enclosed shape in DXF (only the shape of the edge, not filled). Iam wondering how do i convert it into a filled ground plane in Ultiboard.

Hi Jake,

To place a powerplane in Ultiboard select Place>>Powerplane, pick a net on the pop dialog and select which layer you want the copper plane be to on.
