Diagram charge battery

Hi, does anyone have a diagram that shows how to charge a battery. I want to simulate this

Input voltage: 4.4V 500mAh

internal consume: 40mAh

Battery capacity; 1800mAh (3.7V)

What I want to simulate is the necessary time to charge the battery. If the diagram has a solar panel. It could be great.
