Disable Locked Simplified Mode in Multisim V10

Help please!! Two of our computer in a lab of 24 running NI Multisim V10 has somehow gone into Locked simplified mode, and we cannot seem to find a way to return these computers to their Full mode property.

Any help will be appreciated.

Please try the following:

- In Multisim go to Options>>Global Restrictions
- Enter the password: Rodney
- In the 'General' tab make sure you that "Full Version" is checked and "Lock Simplified" is unchecked.
- If you want, you can change the current password (Rodney) to a different one (just in case).

If that does not work please send me more details:

- Multisim version (10.0.x) and edition (Student, Educational...)
- Operating system
- Do the students use 'User/Student Accounts' (with restrictions)?
- Does the issue always happend in the same computers?

Hi Ferds,

Global Restrictions should be located here :

Thanks Asish,

I managed to restore the Global Restriction within the Options dropdown context menu by following the knowledgebase solution below.

KnowledgeBase 4XH9TSBH.

By restoring the Global Restriction I managed to reset Multisims to Full Version Mode and therefore giving access to all menu selections.

Thank you very much for all your help.

Regards,

Ferdinand.
