Effect of intensity variation of LED on Photodiode output current

Hello,

I just started today to use the multisim and want to analyse how the intensity of LED(LED_ir in multisim) is effecting the Photodiode(TEMD1000 in multisim) output current.How to vary the intensity of LED and check the respective output on the photodetector on the oscilloscope.

I just built the attached LED design and don't know how to design the model for the above analysis.

Could someone help me with this.

Hi,

Multisim works mainly with voltage and current and anytime you need to represent other naturual phonominal you have to either a voltage or current control source.  For a TEMD100, you have to connect a voltage source to the light ternimal represent the input light.
