Forward Annotation: deleted parts still there, new parts not included

I am using Multisim and Ultiboard version 11.1 and having trouble with the forward annotation feature.

1.  I had two test point connectors on my schematic, but deleted them.  I forward annotated to the Ultiboard file but Ultiboard still thinks the connectors are there and gives me errors when I do my checks.  What can I do if the changes are not forwarded to Ultiboard?

2.  On the same schematic, I added the unused gates of a four gate chip so that I could tie the unused gate inputs high.  I forward annotated but the added gates are not showing up in Ultiboard.  I performed this on three other boards with no problems but this board just isn't working right so what do you suggest I do?

Hi Leah,

Try this:

- In Ultiboard select Tools>>Netlist Editor

- Click the Delete button in the Net area

- Select all nets In the Select the Net to delete dialog then Delete button

- Try forward annotating the design from Multisim
