Free MultiSim Blue coming in September

Will MultiSim Blue integrate with those of us who already own MultiSim?  Will our current schematics transfer over to Blue and vice versa?  Are there any differences between Blue and MultiSim Basic?

I just saw a few Youtube video's about the Multisim blue

in this one, I understood that you would only be able to use 50 components in a schematic...

Is that correct?
