Functions and buttons not appearing in MULTISIM 11.0.1

Multisim Component Evaluator 11.0 is launched on my PC but no menus or buttons are appearing. Once, when I launched it, it showed me the message "Searching the file named 'User buttons.bmp .Would you like to provide path?' But when I found that file, the message was disappeared.So, now I don't know how to add that file.

Please help me.

Did your environment behave like this from the beginning or did it start to behave like this after a while?

Did providing the path make the menus and buttons available at that occasion?

It behaves like this from starting.

The first window appears blank and then this message appears.

Is it maybe possible to post a screenshot of the "message".

Which OS are you using?
