I have an application where I am intending to use either an SN74AHC1G32DCK or a 74AHCT1G32DCK single two input OR gate with Schmitt Trigger inputs.
I can readily model part of the functionality by using the Tiny Logic NC7S32 from the Multisim master database, or create my own part with the right footprint (SC70) based on this and adjust the model to use the actual timing of the 74AHC parts.
The catch is that neither of these options gives me the Schmitt trigger input that the device I intend to use has.
How can I tell the model that the device has Schmitt trigger inputs and what the VIh and VIl points are?
Thanks
Dave

Hello,
Does the manufacturer supply any SPICE models you can use, or can you find the SPICE model of a similar component from a different manufacturer? I would suspect the schmitt trigger has to be coded as part of the model and so I'm trying to come up with the easiest way of finding a suitable model.
Sorry I don't have a model to hand!
