The bottom copper layer is a ground plane and the two holes labeled AC need, according to a chart, 1.25 mm worth of copper removed from around them. I was able to accomplish this for one of the transformer holes (the transformer is the white outline) simply by setting the trace clearence in the net editor. How do you remove the 1.25mm's of copper for the AC holes?
