Help Need to find a component not in the list

Hi Everyone I'm new, and trying to lean how to create a circuit board for a hobby project.

I have a LM317 voltage reg that i use and can't find it in the components list.  Is there a way to import this into the list?

If I have more issues would there be anyone that could do my design for me?
