Help Needed!

Can somebody help me out setting up the circuit according to the attachment? I've already tried by myself for several times. I've started using Multisim just a few days ago. I'm having problem because I don't know how to use Multisim that well yet.

So exactly how are we supposed to help you with ZERO input data of what problem you are having?  How does a datasheet tell anyone anything about exactly what kind of help you need?

If you don't know how to use Multisim, please refer to Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments>>Circuit Design Suite 11.0>>Documentation>>Getting Started, and if you get stuck after that, you should find an answer from its manual first.

Then, if you still cannot find an information you need, post for help.

You should put an effort before asking for help, unless no one will help you.
