Hide part locked lines

I'm probably just missing the simple answer to this somewhere  - but I can't seem to get rid of the orange lines that surround a part footprint when I lock it in place in Ultiboard. I would like to keep my parts locked in place, but would like to get rid of the lines as they can be distracting when routing.

1. Options>>Global Preferences.
2. Select the Colors tab.
3. In Color element drop-down list select Lock Color same as Background.

Sorry for the kick, but if it's these

orange lines (with a circle at one end) that MarcoPolo5 is talking about, the setting mentioned to get rid of them does not do anything here....

Edit: Hmm, they have a different color after making a screenshot.
