How add simulation model?

Advice on how to add an amplifier model in Multisim 13?

In Multisim is not OPA140. TI have on web Spice model for this amplifer but can not seem to add this model to Multisim.

I noticed you posted in another thread that had the OPA140 model, but in that thread the model was not correctly mapped; refer to the step 7 of 8 in the part wizard tutorial information about the model mapping. I made the changes  and the modified model is attached.

I'm having same issue with importing Spice component. Tried various different ways of mapping the pins, but no matter what I try I continuously get "An error has been found in the Netlist, would you like to proceed anyway?"...

Rather annoying that it takes so much to import what's supposed to be a fully modeled component?
