How to create a virtual lamp or bulb in Labview

Hi all,

I am using a Light sensor to detect the ambient room light intensity. Depending upon the value, i have to vary the brightness of a bulb externally. Is it possible to virtually simulate the bulb light intensity variation in labview. If so, can you please share the vi.

Hi Santh,

If you post this question on the LabVIEW forum you will get a better response than on a Multisim forum. 

A light sensor converts light to voltage so to simulate this; if you have a DAQ device you can connect a control slider to on output channel then connect that output to an input channel.  When you run the VI, increasing or decreasing the slider value will emulate the brightest.
