How to measure +VDC -VDC on circuit

Hi, I have to study the effects on voltage from this circuit but I don't know what component to place to finish the circuit:

I tried placing probes in place of outputs but could only get 12V across the top and 0V across the bottom, not the regulated output as expected..

If the question is referring to the second circuit: I would recommend having a look into the bipolar push-pull configurations. Depending on the class of the circuit, (A, B, AB..) the output behavior will be different. And if possible, dive deeper into what do you expect from this circuit, global behavior, configurations specificities, this way the last components needed will be easier to find.

If it is referring to the first circuit, please make sure to give more details, it looks like there is only a small part of it appearing in the screenshots provided.
