They are not in the database. These are used in a variety of industrial apps. I had occasion to have a need for one of these not long ago, but these are not included in the database and I could not locate a model for one. Therefore I had to just use one of the normal opto-couplers and do the best I could to at least try and mimic their operation. This worked fairly well, but is no substitute for the actual component.
Sorry, but usually if there are no model made or released for a component, we are usually not in a very good position (basically saying we're screwed).
