IKW40N65H5 MODEL INFINEON

Hi. I'm trying to create IKW40N65H5 model into Multisim with Pspice model offered on Infinion website for a project. When I created the model it gives me an error when I simulate it.

 I have been striving to fix it but without sucess. If any can help me, I would appreciate it a lot.
