MS netlist connection errors

I 've just completed a fairly large dense multichannel design on tight schedule and now the boards are back I've found Multisim swapped the ground on power connections on 2/3 of the instances of a particular part.  All of the parts are identical and are the same library part.

This really shakes my confidence in these tools.

Anybody seen this before?
