I am attempting to make a temperature controlled circuit that is powered by a 9V battery that uses an LM35 temperature sensor to read the temperature of the room and then turn an LED on based upon that with green being lit (no others being lit) if the temperature is a normal 68-72 degrees, and then blue being lit (no others being lit) if its below 68 degrees, and then red being lit (no others being lit) if its above 72 degrees. I am using the potentiometer (R3) in place of the LM35 for simulating the temperature.
I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong as I can't get the LEDs to light up and turn off as I adjust the potentiometer. I can get the green LED to light, but if I adjust the potentiometer it just stays on and any of the other LEDs don't illuminate & turn off as necessary.
Once I'm able to simulate this successfully the next step is bringing this to a breadboard, but I'm stuck at this step.
