I am trying to measure the i-THD for a buck converter circuit. I have couple of questions while I do this.
1. The distortion analyzer gives the THD value. Is it the V- THD?
2. Running a fourier analysis also measures the THD at the probes. Is the THD measured on a voltage probe a voltage THD and the THD measured on a current probe the current THD?
