Multisim menu displays as "string data file : *.ewstr does not exist"

I had Multisim installed, and it initially seemed to work.  However, I needed to uninstall it and then reinstall it.  After doing so, none of the menu items in Multisim will display, it just says "String data file: *.ewstr does not exist".  Any idea what might cause this?  This is on a MacBook Air using Parallels to create a Windows environment.

Fixed this by copying the *.ewstr files from another machine that had Multisim running into the corresponding directory.
