Multisim won't let me have more than one file open

I am a student and I just bought Multisim 10.1. When I go to open a file that I have created, the file i have open closes. I'm trying to find out how to fix this problem. Does anyone have any sugestions

I know that depending on which level of Circuit Design Suite you have detemines what features you have. It may be that your particular package does not support having more than one file at a  time open. This may or may not be what is happening here, but it sound like it to me.
