My computer ID is not a 16 digit it is 20 digits ?

I can not find a 16 digit ID for my computer i have a vista and it is xxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxx. What can i do to activate my multisim.

Hello,

Assuming that you have Multisim 10.x just open the NI License Manager (Programs>>National Instruments) and click on Display Computer Information. Actually you can activate Multisim automatically, just expand Local Licenses>>Multisim 10.x, right-click your Multisim edition and select Activate.

If you have a previous version to 10.x launch Multisim and on the initial screen you will find your Serial Number and a Signature Code. Send those numbers to releasecodes@ni.com and you will receive a Release Code to activate Multisim.
