I installed Multisim 10.0 before and uninstalled it. Now I'm trying to install it again but I can't seem to install anything. The picture in attachment 1 shows that all the features i am choosing takes up 0 byte (no space) and picture 2 when i clicked next to the installation summary. Thx!

Hi,
The first screenshot you attached seems to suggest that the application is still installed (or at least the installer thinks so), because the information in the right panel says the feature will "remain" not that it will "be installed".
Do you remember how you uninstalled the application before? Can you look for a "National Instruments" folder in your program files "(Program Files (x86)" if you're on 64-bit Vista/Win7) to see if Circuit Design Suite is still there?

It seems that the installer thinks that Multisim is already installed. In your first screen shot, it says that "The feature will remain on the local hard drive."
To me, this sounds like you may have just deleted the files, rather than using the uninstaller. If this is the case, I think you will need to clean up the remaining registry keys and files before you will be able to install Multisim. Have a look at the following post to try and clean up your computer
I have not actually tried these steps, but they seem reasonable. I highly recommend you back up information on your computer before going through this procedure because you will need to modify your registry and other key computer components. A wrong step could prevent your computer from booting.
