Pads outputed as donuts

Hello,

I have the same problem as Schrikdraad mentioned on 02-28-2008 in "UB2001 gerbers wrong".

When I export my print to Gerber 274X, the pads are outputed as donuts and should be full circles. And I also moved to a new PCB supplier who doesn't except this.

I'm using UB2001 SP2 Personal.

How can I change this?

As you can see in the thread posted by Schrikdraad this is a known issue which should be solved with a patch. I am trying to hunt down these patches. As soon as I found them I will upload them and let you know where you can find it.

sorry my last respond was a little bit short;

- it is indeed a new installation, with service pack 3 included

- you have to fill up the release code again; it is the same as the previous one. If you don't have the release code, please request it at;

Dear Martijn,

in my school we have bought licence for Multisim 2001 / Ultiboard 7 SP1.

Now we are running those programs on pc's equipped with XP Pro SP2.

We have a lot of problems.

Ultiboard freeze when user switch from copper bottom to copper top, and sometimes we have freezing problems.

I want try installation of Ultiboard 7 SP3, but I can't find it in the link you have posted.

Can you help me?

Hello Profric,

thank you for your post on our webforum. I'm sorry that you have those problems with this version. After a while a file will be removed from our FTP server. I want to place it again on the FTP site, but we have to be sure about your version.

The educational version is different from the professional version; so do you have a educational version or a professional version? In the past there was version 6 (2001) or version 7. In the previous post we were referring to version 6 (2001). With that version we only have one release with the educational versions.

Thank you for your respond. I'm sorry to say that there was only one release (service pack 1) with the educational version of Ultiboard 2001. So I can't help you with a higher service pack.
