Phone charger circuit unable to simulate, please give advice.

Hi, 

I made a charger circuit using a transformer, diodes and capacitors. Then will transfer them onto ultiboard to make PCB. However this circuit is not working as expected, the transformer and the capacitor blows up and the multi meter is showing very small voltage. The volt meter should show a voltage of 2v but this is not happening. I have attached my file, please have a look.
