Problems with NE5532AI Output

I've created a simple comparator circuit using the NE5532AI and the output behavior doesn't make sense. It outputs kV levels. I've tried with several different op amp models with the same result, but when I use the virtual 5 terminal op amp output works fine.

Is there a problem with these op amp models? If so where can I update if there is a problem with them.

I've attached the circuit and I'm using Multisim 11.0.

After a quick look, you need to place a feedback loop from your output to your input line.
